The Software Reliability Diagnostic

The $299 Software Reliability Diagnostic is a fixed-scope engagement with the following terms:

Maximum three hours of investigation
Written findings you can keep and share
Prioritized, plain-language recommendations
Optional repairs, separately quoted
Scope confirmed before accepting any payment

Any repairs or further work identified during the diagnostic are optional and are quoted separately. We confirm the full scope with you before accepting any payment.

Limitation of liability

The diagnostic provides findings and recommendations based on the information available within the agreed time. We work carefully and professionally, but software systems are complex and we cannot guarantee that every issue will be found or that recommendations will resolve every problem. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for the diagnostic is limited to the amount paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction — to be set by owner]. This placeholder must be completed before launch.
